Community Flow
Slower Vinyasa class longer holds 5 breaths, great for beginners just wanting to begin in a safe space

Get your body moving bright and early in this upbeat flow. We will be holding postures longer about 5 breaths, firing up our core, deepening our postures to really feel!

Sculpt Flow
Vinyasa style class with direct focus on a certain body part, such as arms, core, legs
